Located on the first floor of a two level building this unit has one large bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining-area and living-area which leads out on to the patio through sliders. The view of the water is from the patio and living-room. Comfortably styled furnsihings, linens, pots and pans are included as well as all utilities. Kitchen is equipped with micro-wave and dishwasher. Separate washer/dryer in building. Bike storage. 2 off-street parking. Pergo floors for ease and cleanliness. Electric heat. Patio on south side and yard in rear. Can do short term or yearly, furnished or unfurnished, variable rates apply.

Area Information

Located between the choice of 2 beaches, this delightful clean unit is only a 10 minute walk to Newport's famous Easton's Beach. Golden sands beckon on this lovely long stretch of beach, and a little hole in the wall deli which has twin lobster rolls which are voted Best on the Island by Rhode Island Monthly. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the corner with excellent food and a 10 minute drive into downtown Newport if you feel the urge to visit "The Scene". Feel the sun on your face, hear the waves and smell the salt air. Relax and enjoy.
