Description of the Middletown vacation townhouse rental

Enjoy your vacation in this grand 100 yrs old Victorian, "Villa Mari", just 5 mins. stroll to Easton's Beach. The spacious 2 level rental unit is almost 2000 sq ft with 3 bdrms/ 2 full baths and is decorated in a cottage feel with coastal accents.

There is a king bed, queen bed, double bed and double sleeper futon in the living room. 2 bathrooms(1 w/shower downstairs and 1 w/tub/shower upstairs) You can see and hear the waves from the master bedroom!

Lounge on the comfortable an inviting 400 sq.ft.furnished covered porch while enjoying views to Renfrew Park (1 acre 1/2 of green area) and peeks of the Atlantic Ocean. The porch is perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset and listening to the ocean waves! The surrounding spacious side and backyard green areas are great for outdoor grilling (gas grill inc.) and entertaining, complete with patio table and area set up to play horseshoes, badmitton & volleyball.

Area Description

Atlantic beach (a few mins walk)& Easton's Beach famous for it's carousel,is a great family beach with snack bar, free concerts in evenings, discovery museum, playground and skate park.

Second beach (Sachuest)is 15 min walk or 1 min drive, with surfing, great swimming, windsurfing and kitesurfing! Bustling Newport Harbor is only an 8 min drive.

Walk to nearby restaurant's: Flo's Clam Shack, Atlantic Beach Club, Island Pizza, KJ's Pub, Atlantic Grill, Tickets Sports Grill. Plus convenience, hardware, sports and liquor stores.

Dear Bruce and Lisa,
Just wanted to let you both know what a wonderful vacation we had in Rhode Island and how you made all the difference.
The house was beautiful, clean, homey, and well-stocked. It was everything you advertised it to be and more. But without you two being the way you are we wouldn't have been able to come home months later and talk about the experience being one of the greatest we've ever had. Even the kids, though they complained the entire month of missing their friends, find themselves looking back and reliving all the good times. The house and you guys being the best part. You both made us feel very special and right at home. I hope one day to return and have the experience all over again.
