Description of the Midway vacation home rental
Welcome to our very special hide-away. You will love your time at this home. Please feel welcome. We are very close to many amenities. This home is cozy and spacious. Plenty of beds, space, play rooms, bathrooms, games and more.... The perfect family-party house.
Why rent rooms at Park City when you can have a whole house just minutes from the slopes? Why spend twice as much on food, having to eat out every meal? Want your own space? Want a fireplace? A jetted Tub? How about a huge Deck with a fantastic view? How about a Poker Table? How about 600 DVD's to choose from? Are you into Geocaching? A private coarse has been set up with 2 GPS's to assist you. Enjoy Ping-Pong, Darts, Foosball and Boccerball. How about being only minutes from everything? Just see below how close you are to several locations.
Ice-Skating is right across the street. Two world-class Spa's only one minute away. Snowmobile rental and horseback riding only five minutes away. Cross Country Skiing at the Utah Olympic Site is only 10 minutes away. Provo river is also only 10 minutes away. Park City is only 15 minutes away (be skiing in minutes). This house rocks, and it's brand new.
We also provide sleds to go sledding if you enjoy the snow. This is simply the party house. Many other games are included. Many magazines are also included. Feel free to sit close to the fire and read a good book. Chill on the deck with a Firepit and 4 Rocking Chairs.
The view of the mountains is just great. You can see the back side of Park City and all the way to Mt. Timp.
Whether you enjoy Skiing, Snowmobiling, Cross Country Skiing, Horseback riding, Fishing, or want to come play in the greatest snow on earth, this is the place. Because we are brand new, we still have openings for Christmas, New Years, Sundance Film Festival & more.

We are flexible on day rentals, 5 day rentals, Weekly or Monthly. As you know, you should book soon. This house just became available this week. Christmas, New Years and the Sundance Film Festival are still open for rent. It's a great winter retreat.
Pricing is only $219 per night / 3 night stay minimum.

Linens Provided: Complete Bedding. Bedding(s) not changed if stay is less than 6 days. If 7 day rental, sheets will be changed on Day 4 upon request.

Refrigerator (2): 2 Refrigerators - 1 in main kitchen and 2nd one in basement kitchen being finished. Feel free to eat anything you find in the kitchen, refrigerators or cupboards, it's all yours. You might even find some treats purchased just for you. Coffee maker with various types of coffee & Hot Chocolate provided.
Dishwasher: One in the main kitchen, 1 being placed in basement kitchen when finished.
Microwave (2): 2 Microwaves.
Catering Available: Food/Shopping/Catering available upon request.
Outdoor Features Charcoal BBQ Grill: You can use the fire pit to burn firewood or Charcoal.
Deck/Patio: Beautiful Large Deck including 4 rocking chairs.

Other Amenities Learn the fun of Geocaching. Rental comes with 2 GPS systems to create 2 teams. Private Geocaching course is provided to find items around town (walking distance from home - maximum 1/4 mile). Tons of funs, create competitive teams. Course provided is simple and basic for beginners. Other Geocaching is also available.

Kid Friendly: King bed can be made up into 2 single beds. Children bedding available upon request. Children games, DVD's, arts/crafts also available.
