1400 square meters apartment, situated on the 5th floor of an 8th storey elegant building, heated, lift, doorman service, composed of: Living area: spacious entrance, double living room with a large balcony that the magnificent view of Mount Rosa can be seen from, roomy kitchen equipped with tableware and all household appliances (gas cooker with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer) that opens out to a balcony; Sleeping area (separate from the living area): 2 bedrooms (with 2 double bed, the other one with 2 single beds, which opens out to a balcony with the magnificent Mount Rosa view), 2 bathrooms (one with a toilette, bathtub/shower, bidet, and window; the other with toilette, shower cubicle, bidet, and window). Double living rooms is furnished with 2 sofa beds (one double and one with 2 single beds), armchairs, a large, marble dining room table. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with TV.
