Enjoy affordable tranquility less than 90 minutes away from New York City.
A 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, lakefront home awaits you in the Milford/Dingmans Ferry, PA area. Walk barefoot from your bedroom directly to the lake in the summer and spend your getaway on the dock with a glass of wine. Enjoy amazing views of the lake from two of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room year round. If you like to fish you might get very lucky on our lake. This property also includes a fireplace, dock, paddle boat, and 1 car garage.

House is located just 25 minutes away from Milford and Bushkill- popular tourist locations. Beautiful waterfalls area just 10 minutes away. Kittatinny canoes,rafting, kayaking on Delaware river 8 ml from the house.

perfect getaway

The scenery is gorgeous here and the home is quite comfy. the house is stocked with firewood and extras such as spices and other goodies here and there. Plenty of wildlife in the area - our favorite was the beautiful lake only steps from the back porch, and the peddle boat was perfect for exploring the lake. Excellent fishing with big bass, pickerel, panfish and catfish. This is a great vacation home if you really just want to forget about everything , relax, and enjoy the outdoors

Pleasant time on the lake

We had a great time during our stay in April, 2011. the property has a superior location and the house is very comfy with nice bedrooms. There are many hiking places in the surrounding area and the Dingmans Fall is just amazing. Very few grocery stores but it was enough for us. If you like fishing there is plenty fish in the lake. In general excellent place for relaxation with family or friends. Will definitely com back for another stay!

tranquil yet fun getaway

Great house, easy to find. Perfect setting for a getaway to spend time with important people in your life. Though a rental, it had many "homey" touches like a spice rack, full kitchen, well furnished, etc. The "town" strip plaza offered very basic grocery store, ice cream and a few places to eat....not a recommended location if you're looking to have fun by going OUT. All in all, R&R was the objective and we were well satisfied! Landlord very easy to communicate with...highly recommended!

Nice Cozy Place!

I would recommend this place for a family vacation! Nice quiet environment. Boat is in good condition to enjoy exploring the lake. Fishing was also excellent (carp, bass). Nice and clean pool in 7 min by walk. There are plenty of places to see (Dingmans Falls, Bushkill Falls etc.) - good luck - enjoy your time!
