Two year old lakefront log home for rent (#43373)

Description of the Mill Springs vacation home rental

Our cypress square log home was completed in 2007 and was custom designed for lakefront living. All rooms on the main and lower levels have expansive views of the lake from either the room or attached porch/deck. On the main level you will find the master bedroom (queen)and bath, half bath, kitchen with a center island that is open to the vaulted dining and great room area (Tv & DVD). The stone fireplace and entertainment area are a beautiful focal point. Off the kitchen is a screened porch that opens to the lakefront deck and a spiral staircase to the ground level. Stone steps take you to the dock, where you may use our three kayaks.

The upstairs consists of an open loft area and two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a bunk bed (twin over double). The lower level has a large family room(TV with DVD and VCR, Air Hockey) and a bedroom (queen), both with a slider that opens to a covered porch overlooking the lake.

Stone steps take you down to the dock and shoreline. the Lake Adge shore line is protected, leaving a natural setting.

Lake Adger is an upscale environmentally sensitive development around a beautiful lake with 14 miles of shore line. Lake front homes are on at least an acre. Jet skis are not allowed, and boats with motors over 85hp are prohibited. You will find small fishing boats, pontoon boats and kayaks. So it is quiet but fun.

Lake Adger is located near busy Lake Lure, between Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC. More local activities include golfing and restaurants in Lake Lure to the north, and all amenities in nearby Columbus, NC. Hendersonville is 40 minutes away and Asheville just 10 minutes further. there is abundant hiking within and beyond the lake Adger development.
