Description of the Mill Valley vacation home rental
cleaning,(no additional fees). We will e-mail photos and more
information upon request. We accept Pay Pal.
Daily rate, $275.00, (Nov.1st-May 1st),$298.00 per day,(May 1st-Nov.1st). Weekly $1925.00, $2086.00 accordingly. Minimum rental 5 nights, 6 nights and under $325.00 per night. $298.00 per night/7 night minimum over major holidays. Please check with us regarding pets.
The minute you step in the gate, you will feel at home. There are 3 full bedrooms, a separate guest cottage without bath,(4th bedroom). The beds consist of 1 California King, 1 queen, 1 double and two twins.There are no trundles or pull out beds. There is also a front room, full kitchen, garden room, and formal dining room and along with two baths. There are two computers with high speed DSL and Large screen televisions with HD. Several movies are available, along with a large selection for children. The house is spotlessly clean and maintained in excellent condition.
The property is private and fully fenced in. Outdoors there are two patios, a deck and a large spa. During the summer there are fresh tomatoes in the garden.
There are stores that are within walking distance, restaurants, cleaners, drugstore, etc.
Area Information
Muir woods if 4 miles up the road from us. Pacific Ocean Beaches are 15
minutes away. Stinson Beach, a very quaint seaside village is 30 minutes
away. The California Wine Country is 40 miles/40 minutes to the North. Point
Reyes National Sea Shore is a beautiful one hour drive up the coast.
Marin County is a beautiful area, with vast areas dedicated to open space,
that have extensive hiking and biking trails. From the trails that are on Mount
Tamalpais, you have wonderful view of the whole Bay Area. Golden Gate National
Recreation area is across the valley from us. If you like the outdoors and still
want to be right next door to San Francisco, this is the perfect location.

This was a perfect house for a Bay Area vacation. The house is lovely and very comfortable, the gardens are spectacular, and the spa was the perfect way to end each day. The owners have given great attention to the details, and have created a very comfortable, home-away-from-home for those lucky enough to rent this house. The location was perfect-so many places to see and things to do, all within an hour's drive. Muir Woods is just down the road, Point Reyes National Seashore is only an hour away, Napa and Sonoma are also only an hours' drive, and the Ferry to San Francisco is a short 10-minute drive away. I highly recommend this rental!

Our visit to Mill Valley was most pleasant. The house was clean and all the facilities were in good shape. The owner took very good care of us and returned the deposit promptly. The house with a beautiful and peaceful garden is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. That is amazing because there is only 10 minutes drive to San Francisco. Our kids loved the spa.

What a wonderful home you have! We had such a good time visiting our family in Mill Valley. Your home was cozy, homey and perfect for our needs. We had everything we possibly needed, right down to shampoo and conditioner. The large dining room was perfect for family dinners and the kitchen was well-equipped to prepare them. My 89 year old mother had an easy time getting around and enjoyed her 1st floor bedroom. In early Spring the gardens were just beginning to bloom. They will be spectacular as the seasons change.
We would highly recommend this home for your visit to Marin County. We feel as though Sonja and Rainer are lifelong friends. They couldn't have been more accommodating!

We had a great vacation in this wonderful home. We had easy access to many San Fran. area attractions and visited Sonoma & Napa valleys. The owners were very accommodating, providing area brochures, internet service and a comfortable home with a huge hot tub to end our days.
Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
