Located on the bluff with amazing views of the Long Island Sound around the year.

1:15 min drive (60 miles) from Manhattan.
20 min. away from the Hampton's crowd.

3 Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 Adults, a child and a baby;
If requested, additional Queen size and twin size blown-up mattress provided.

Lower Level opens to a wooden deck and a yard facing the sea and includes:
Large Living room with a Fireplace which faces also the Master bedroom.
1 master bedroom w/ a Queen size Bed
Walk-in closet
1 Full bathroom

Upper Level (entry level)opens to an exterior wrap around deck which is facing the sea and includes:
Living room w/ a Fireplace.

The beach in our town, along the north shore of long island, is one of the cleanest and most beautiful in the area. It is stretched for miles with no interruptions - true heaven for nature, sea life and birds.
Views and scenery is beautiful around the entire year.

Fishing, kayaking, sailing, surfing, swimming, bird watching, fly your kites....and much more.
Watch the seals, cook, watch movies and warm up by the fireplace in the winter....or relax with a good book.

• Deposits: •$700.00 or 10% of the rent (whichever is the greater). •Total Rental Rate. - 50% due within 30 days of initial reservation deposit & the balance at least 30 days prior to the first day of rent. •Refundable Security Deposit - min. $1,000.00. Deposit is fully refundable if you leave the house as you found it. •The property requires self-cleaning & trash removal.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total rental amount. If rental is for less then 3 nights, the house is rented for $600 per night.
