Unfortunately my wife decided at a late date not to rent the home. We've lived in the home for 28 years and raised our family there. She has a huge emotional connection to the home. No matter how much I tried to convince her to move ahead with the rental, she absolutely refused. I'm very sorry for the inconviences this placed on the two renters that made reservations, but my hands were tied!
