Unit offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 max), master bedroom suite with 3/4 bath, living room (with queen fold-out couch), formal dining room and full kitchen with breakfast bar, gleaming hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace. Total of 1650 SF to enjoy. Full-size washer and dryer in basement and one car tuck under garage for renter's exclusive use. Linens, cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Canoe and bike rental is nearby.
The Uptown neighborhood flanks Lake Street just 5 blocks north of the property. It offers groceries, dozens of great restaurants, music, movie theaters, shopping, salon/spas, library, YWCA and much more. One -half block from the unit site Lake Calhoun with wonderful walking, biking trails (3 mils around), canoe rental and a really great tot lot (4 blocks north). Just around the corner down about a block is the historic Street Car line which takes people for a nominal fee to Lake Harriet bandshell and within a short walk to Linden Hills shopping and Sebastian Joe's ice cream store. Life doesn't get much better than this!!
