KIDS' KLUB. Kids' activities are available to guests ages 5-12 and include pool games, beach olympics, treasure hunts, snorkeling, sand sculpting, eco-tours, paint-your-own pottery, gooey dessert contests and kid's night out to give parents the evening to themselves. Kid's Klub is typically held during spring break periods and all summer long (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Hours are generally Monday through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm (ages 5 - 12); and Kids' Night Out 2 - 3 times a week, 6:00 - 9:00pm (ages 4 - 12).
PRO SHOP. Need racquets, jackets, tennis clothing, shoes or bags' The Pro Shop has your tennis gear and then some. Featuring Wilson, Bolle, Lily, Head, Tail, K-Swiss, plus other great tennis items. Located in the TOPS'L Club. Come see us when you stop by to reserve court time!
FITNESS CENTER. Here's your chance to look good in that bathing suit: TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort's premier Fitness Club. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. This place fit us all comfortably! i loved the beach theme decor and the view in one of the bedrooms is the ocean! the pools were very well maintained and clean. just a short walk to the beach. The next time we come to Destin...I am going to make sure I book this room!!! My only complaint is i wish they provided more laundry soap and dish washing powder.

Thus unit was very nice, had great views with plenty of space to move around. The community pools were nice. The walk to the beach is a little long if your taking a lot to the beach. Our overall stay was great ! Would definitely return to this condo!!!

This is the first time I have ever stayed in Destin and I have to say it was wonderful. The condo was everything it was described as, the grounds were lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. I personally loved the family friendly atmosphere. We will definitly come back in the future. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was my first time staying in Destin and I have to say, it was great. The condo was everything promised in the description, the grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the staff very helpful. We did not get to the beach as much as we would have liked but only because we had two little ones with us and the walk was more than we wanted to tackle with them. The pool was used A LOT!!! Very family oriented and perfect for small children. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation.

Condo was everything expected and more. Very comfortable beds and spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 children. All of the staff at Topsl were very friendly. Free movie rentals made for nice ending for the children each night after a full day (and night) at the Pool / Beach. I would highly recommend this condo over most anything in Destin. It is in a great area away from the bumper to bumper traffic in most of Destin. Plan to return again next year.

We spend the first week in June in Destin every year. This was our first time at Tops'l and it was great, especially for the price. The walk to the beach was shorter than we expected and the unit was spacious and clean. As always, the weather was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. As soon as we entered the property we noticed how well maintained the entire property appeared to be, and we were thrilled to find that our unit was no exception. In addition to being attractive,spacious and clean,the unit included everything that we needed and more. The only disappointment (minor) was that it was a little further from the beach than we had anticipated; however, the walk was easy and there was a courtesy shuttle service that we could have used. We also appreciated that the owner did not require a full weeks stay since we were working with time constraints! All in all it was a great stay, and we definitely have no trouble recommending both the unit and the property in general.

The condo was beautiful.....loved the master bedroom......most comfortable bed - great views from every window. I would definitely stay there again.....the staff was most helpful, the unit had everything we needed and everything was so nice.....the pools (3) were beautiful too. Agent was so nice to work with!

We just got back from staying in this condo and I can't say enough fabulous things about it. The resort was beautiful, very family friendly, and the condo itself was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed, very clean and well kept, and was the perfect location for a relaxing week. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

This was out first time in Destin and the beaches are beautiful. The condo was nice, clean, spacious and very well stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The reaort is awesome and a great place for kids. Mary was great to work with and answered any questions we had immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

The best review I can give is a quote from my 10 year old little boy...."Mom, we have to come back here next Spring Break and stay at the same place!! It is AWESOME! Can we reserver it now?" The beaches are wonderful and the accommodations, beautiful. I would highly recommend the Summit.
