We visited with 6 adults and one small child. The condo was clean spacious and the beds were very comfortable! We would loved to have been able to stay longer. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!!!

The condo was very nice. The location was ok for not being "beach front". You get a little view of the ocean & city. The balcony is HUGE! We were able to have a great view of the fireworks on the beach one night. The club itself is very well kept, and lots to do for the kiddos. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Just a trip down the elevators, down to the pools and right off the pools is your beach access. The grille and tiki bar was nice, movie in the pool nights for the kids & different arts & crafts for the kids at the pool every day. Our overall experience was a great one! The only thing we didn't like was the long walk to the grill the nights we grilled steaks. This place is so convenient to shopping, restaurants,etc. I would suggest bringing your own chairs and tents or umbrellas for the beach or you have to pay to rent. Overall we had a great time and very pleased with our stay. The people we rented from were great as well.

The 7 days we were in Fort Walton, Beach were heavenly. No pressure, no deadlines lines just relaxation. The Island Princess condo we were in was perfect for the 5 of us. I would stay there again anytime.

The condo was beautiful - our only complaint was the master bed squeaked horribliy - just turning over in bed, sitting on bed or anything?? else - it was LOUD!!! Kitchen was missing a few things, like it only had 3 coffee cups, some silverware missing... all in all it was a great condo. Just fix that bed... Thanks!!

This Condo Was Great There Was Four Of Us And The Place Was Perfect The Pictures Of The Condo Seem To Make It Appear Bigger But It Was Just Fine For Us. Great location in a beautiful resort, we enjoyed a short walk to private beach and just a few steps to the pool. The whole family enjoyed the vacation. Condo was well equipped and nicely decorated. Away from the hustle and bustle of down-town, but close to everything. Would stay there again:-)

What a beautiful resort. The Penthouse at the Summit is just amazing. A wonderful view and very peacefull and relaxing. The pool area is very beautiful and private to just the Summit owners and guests. We would highly recommend this resort and unit. We cannot wait to return in the spring. It really compares to the tropics of Jamaica.

My friends and I had a great time on vacation and would love to do it again next year. The staff was very pleasant. We stayed comfortably with no interuption from personnel or other guests. The view was great and down on the beach was even better. the swimming pools were always a delight and management always ensured they were open and clean during decent hours. The location was great for getting out and adventuring and experiencing all that was available nearby. The condo was great and everything I had hoped and expected it to be, but with a few minor flaws. We found that there were some obvious problems with the installation of the dishwasher and a lack of a few common drygoods, such as trash bags. Also, the electic grill on the patio was flithy upon our arrival, but we cleaned it to our satisfaction and made use of it many times throughout our stay. Thanks, B. Jones

We were at witts end trying to find a place on short notice. Tides finally responsed to my response.. The place we stayed was beautiful.. Two bedroom two bath wonderful views.. The only problem that we had was, we were not told this was a cash only condo.. Little disappointed with that. But we got thourgh it.. Just wanted to say thank you.. We had a wonderful time. I realized this was the condo we stayed at last year when I found the Musical Tour that attracted us. The condo was what we had hoped it would be..just a gorgeous, serene haven. We had a young grandson who lives for fishing and were pleasantly pleased at the proximity to the fishing pier. Even an "old timer" like me can enjoy just sitting on the deck and enjoying breathtaking views in complete privacy. I can't recall the restaurants' names but do remember a great mango margarita. Look forward to returning.

Would highly recommend the Summit Condo at Tops'L!. Cannot say enough about its cleanliness, extraordinary technologic and facility extras, the furnishings AND the VIEW. The entire resort is well kept, beautiful grounds, family friendly and romantic. The people were very friendly and polite.
Everything IS just as it is pictured in the slideshow. No surprises. Convenient to many new shopping areas, fabulous restaurants, and access to private, immaculately maintained beaches with white sand and blue water. Blew Cancun, Ixtapa, and Puerto Vallarta away for my wife and I. Cannot wait to go again.

Was looking for a relaxing view, got it..what a view!!did not want to be without my plasma tv and got one here..loved it..loved the feeling of being in a spacious area. What a way to relax sitting in the living room and enjoy the view. Comfortable beds, cute kitchen and stocked up very well, everything we needed, my husband even though we are on vacation loves to cook, a kitchen was a must. We felt very comfortable and it was exactly what we wanted..yes, we will be back..
Just knowing the beach was so close for our morning walk was just a great therapy.

The penthouse is breathtaking! I have some disability that doesn't afford me going to the beach. Sitting and enjoying cocktails in such a plush setting overlooking the sandy beaches and the Gulf is exactly what we needed. The place is exraordinary with magnificent appointments. Can't wait to go back!
