2012 update! - the infamous green chair is gone, replaced by a new comfortable wicker one. The condo is clean and in great shape for the season. Even the building is freshly painted. Most images were recently taken.

Relax in this quiet, professionally decorated condominium with private beach access. Only steps from the soft white sand and sparkling turquoise water, you will find everything here needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Destin's Miramar Beach area has fewer buildings, crowds, and hassles than the rest of Destin.

Enjoy this smoke-free, tiled second floor unit that comfortably sleeps six with a queen bed in the master, queen sleeper sofa and hallway bunks. You will find this a very clean and quiet location for your vacation, and very family oriented. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a fast breakfast or cook a full dinner for the family.

The view out the front door overlooks one of the two pools (one heated), and the balcony has is a partial view of the ocean. The family room has a flat panel TV. Each of the TVs has a DVD player, and there is an X-Box for the kids with games included. In case you need to stay in touch with the office, wireless internet (WiFi) access is now FREE through a password-protected connection.

This well-maintained and recently repainted facility has two swimming pools, one heated and comfortable year-round. Take a dip in the hot tub after a long day of digging with the kids on the beach. The barbecue area has several large grills and is a great place to meet other families. Laundry facilities are located right down the hall.

Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available right across the street on the private beach for Gulfview guests. Access is now gated to ensure privacy. It's just a short walk along the beach to water sports, including jet skis, sailboats, and parasailing.

More than five miles of bike/jogging path along Scenic Gulf Drive pass right by the building, plus a new boardwalk is being built right across the street. You can walk to some great seafood restaurants (Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, and more), with shopping, golf, water parks, family fun centers, and the airport only minutes away. This gulf front location provides the ideal Destin Florida family vacation and relaxing getaway!

Gulfview has two pools (one heated year-round) and a hot tub, which is rare for condos in this area. The private beach is rarely crowded, but if you look up and down the beach you can see how packed it gets in front of the larger condo buildings. Outside the building is a 5+ mile walking/biking trail along the beautiful beach. I just added a flat panel TV and free, password-protected wireless internet access.
