Description of the Miramar Beach vacation condo rental

Unit is about 1200 square ft spacious and offers 2 luxurious bedrooms and 2 well maintained baths; its fully gated resort offers lots of privacy and security. The TOPS’L located at 52acre land and is bordered by the white sugary beaches, also ranked in TOP 50US TENNIS RESORTS. It’s at beach between the Sandestin Golf Resorts at west side & Sierra Club Natures Preserve at east side . Also the shuttle space which run al throughout the unit .

Along with base rentals, our guest will have access to 3 outdoor heat pools , a indoor pool , hot tub and beautiful beaches . Main pool which over looks the breathtaking ocean where band plays LIVE music during summers. Private pool area and a hot tub located on Summit building .

The Amenity Card, required for playing tennis , you can use workout facilities else drink bar on Beach Pool , which cost $45 per day .

And if our guests here for beach/pool, they don’t require card . The Hilton located next door offers credit card/cash facility food and drinks.

Some of best golf courses located in North FL are with in 2miles short distance from Tops’l . Finest restaurants and local shops, located very closely. Ocean Club restaurant is situated at property and offers marvelous ambience . If required child service is also available at property so that adults can enjoy sizzling night outs .
