Description of the Miramar Beach vacation condo rental
Summerspell 206 is a beautiful newly decorated 2nd floor unit with an unobstructed view of the beach. It is a one bedroom one bath with a king size bed, pillowtop matteress and flatscreen tv in the bedroom. There are two bunkbeds in the hallway and a queensize sofa sleeper in the living room. There is another flatscreen tv in the living room. Both tv's have cable and wireless internet is provided for your convenience. There is an ample kitchen ,snackbar and dining room table. There are double glass doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the seasonal heated pool, hot tub and bbq area.There are tables and chairs on the balcony for you to dine outside if you so desire. There are washers and dryers on the premises for your convenience. We have a beautifully landscaped , well lit facility with ample parking. Step outside your door, across the scenic Hwy Crosswalk and you are at the beach.We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo, Summerspell 206.

Gracious hosts

We stayed at the Murphy's place at 285 Payne Street and couldn't have asked for better-clean, comfortable and spacious. We are grateful they were willing to open up their home to us and allow us to enjoy a little part of their paradise. We so hope to return to this property one day soon.
