Description of the Miramar Beach vacation condo rental
Upstairs is a spacious loft second bedroom upgraded to a king size bed, and full bath. The third bedroom has been a queen size! Comfortable for every member of the family!! (No bunk beds in this condo!) All linens are provided.
Relax kick your feet up and enjoy the afternoon sunshine on our private balcony. Maravilla has two pools (one heated in winter) and a hottub for your enjoyment.You are a short walk away from your private white sandy beach and emerald green water. We provide daily beach services including two reclining lounge chairs and a full sun umbrella free of charge for your enjoyment.

A very nice clean comfortable unit, with plenty of room. The owner is on the Maravilla property if you need anything! This was our second time in this unit. Five Stars! The Capps are nice people to rent from.

Spent a week with another family at this condo last week. It was wonderful. Great location, very close to the pool and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was great, everything we needed. Very comfortable! After tons of research looking for an affordable condo, we were so excited to find this one. The price was the best I found in Destin. We already have plans to try and rent it again next summer! Thanks so much to Margaret and David Capp!

My wife and I stayed at this condo from January 1st until March 3rd and had a great time. The Capp's stopped by to make sure every thing was ok. We had no problems at all . The location is nice the pool and hot tub is close and heated. The Gulf is about a block away so you can walk or drive and there is parking with restrooms . Destin is a very safe location. Easy to get around. We had just a great time.

The condo's location was so easy to access. So very clean and neat yet had a home like feeling to it. Owner's were easy to work with and communication was great. It was our pleasure to meet them one day at the pool and we were given great tips on activities and dining options. They were so very nice and helpful! This was the smoothest vacation I've ever had in all areas: transactions in order to rent, obtaining keys/access codes, location, activities, food, etc. This condo, largely due to it's owner's, is a must and I will definitely use them again when possible!

Great deal for a ocean get away

Our experience started wonderful working with the owner to book the condo. She also helped with some information while we were there to locate Skippers(steamed seasoned shrimp) Highly recommend. The condo was great for our week stay. It is on the 4th floor. It was fine for our group.there is an elevator. The ocean is in short walking distance and looks fantastic. Enjoy!

We had to find a place at the last minute due to a cancellation at another property we rented. The owners of this Maravilla property were an absolute PLEASURE to work with! The condo was VERY nice and the walk to the beach was short. We had never been to Destin, so it was wonderful to stay at a place so close to the beach. I personally loved having the washer and dryer in the condo...it made washing up sandy clothes alot easier. The condo was spacious and it had internet, which made it easy for me to get some work done during the vacation. The best part of all was the wonderful people who own/rent this condo...thanks so much for your hospitality! We would love to stay here again next year. The price was right...the condo was nice...the location was prime...it was a marvelous experience...one we won't soon forget!

We had a time in Destin and the condo was great! It was clean and close to the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us (7), with room to spare. It was very convenient everything we wanted to do (beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment) We had a wonderful time and plan to return in the near future. We found lots of very good restuarants close by (our favorite was The Backporch-it had great food and atmosphere. It was open to the beach and all tables had a view of the gulf). We had a very relaxing vacation while staying in the condo. We loved the location and the atmosphere. We will definetely stay again.

Our family had the most wonderful week. The accommodations were wonderful and the walk to the beach was so pleasant. There were 7 in our family group including elderly parents and teenagers. We were all very comfortable and could move around the complex very easily. The Capps are great people to rent from, the condo is well kept and we really appreciated their hospitality. Can't wait to get down there again.
