Stunning home in Avalon Subdivision steps from the private beach. Perfect for Large groups and weddings. Pool has jacuzzi tub with swim up bar. Watch the flat screen TV from the built-in bar stools in the pool. Prepare pina coladas at the outdoor kitchen under the gazebo.

1st floor - wet bar with full size frig, living area with TV, iPod docking station. Laundry on this level. Bedroom #1: Master bed w/ private bath, Bedroom #2: Bunk room - 3 Doubles & 2 Twins w/ private bath, #3: 4 Twin bunks w/ private bath.

2nd floor - main living, kitchen with 10 foot island, double oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 full size sinks, warming drawer, wine cooler, icemaker. Dining has seating for 24 with 4 stools at the island. Half bath on this level. Large walk out balcony w/ ocean view. Bedroom #4 Master w/ private bath.

3rd floor - Game area with pool table, foosball, game table,large TV and large walk out balcony w/ ocean view. Laundry on this level. Bedroom 5: Queen room w/ 1 Double & 1 Twin bunk w/ private bath. Property is unbelievable

Thank you to the owner of this property, Ben, to rent us his property. He was very refreshing to work with, as I had been scammed out of $4,000 for a prior reservation (with another "owner"). The house was amazing, and perfect for our young kids, as we wound up spending most of our time in the pool. This place is huge, offering so many different options for places to hang out - you would never get in each other's way. Truly amazing, a great time by all.

We actually had a huge get together here and the house never felt crowded! It's extremely luxorious- I thought my top of the line siemens bed was nice until I slept in the beds in this house! Shower in the top right room feels like you're standing under a waterfall... Must book!

This house was amazing! Very quick walk to the beach. The pool was so fun to relax in after a long day at the beach. Can't say enough about the house. Very accommodating for large groups and kitchen/dining area was fabulous! I would recommend this place to anyone and would go back here to stay.

The home is beautiful. It accomodated my family quite well. It had plenty of room and you never felt confined by any means. The beach is a short walk away and takes about a minute to get there. I had a wonderful time and would definitely advise this to anyone.

Was a total treat was a great find online. I am so glad i stumbled upon this web site. i am looking forward to staying here again. And the people running the house were so helpful. i love destin florida and this house had everything. the pool was awsome and the kitchen was so perfect for all the people and no one ran into each other it was plenty of room. and it was just a 30 sec. walk from the beach. the rooms and decore was top of the line. And they have so many extras.And the showers well u never had a shower like this before. the have thought of everything in this house. everything and i mean everything was up graded. thank you so much for the life long memories.
