Second floor - Living room with sleeper sofa and dining room, gourmet kitchen, opening to the second floor balcony with spectectacular views of the emerald green waters and private beach. A full bath in the hall. A guest bedroom with queen and full bath.
Third floor - queen bedroom with a whirlpool bath and seperate shower. This bedroom adjoins a balcony providing breath taking views and sunsets. There is a queen guest bedroom with full bath. Laundry room.
This townhouse is in the Frangista Beach community, within 1/2 mile there are 5 restaurants, a convience store, beach store, coffee shop and a wine store.
