Description of the Miramar Beach vacation home rental
Once you stay here, you know you have found Paradise!
We are very proud of our new piece of paradise and look forward to having you as our guest. With large rooms and over 3,000 sf, our four bedroom, five bath beach house with cherry and travertine floors, will accommodate up to 12 persons and has so many features to assure that your stay is one of the best you’ve ever experienced. We have furnished the condo to be very warm and to make you feel you are at “your” Florida beach home away from home.
The first floor consists of the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry with full-size washer & dryer, full bath, dining area and living room with sleeper/sofa with a large balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor consists of the Master bedroom and Bedroom #2 with King beds and balcony views of the beach. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with balcony and bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds, which the kids (and adults too) will enjoy. Each bedroom also has its own private full bath.
We have the most fantastic beach location and community pool. We believe very strongly in cleanliness and convenience and you never have to worry about anything since we live just 15 minutes away. For your convenience, we include four beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids, dishwashing detergent, plastic garbage bags and Tide detergent. If you have a little one with you, we will provide at your request a high-chair, stroller and Pack’n Play crib. Once you have been our guest, you will want to return.

Area Information
From strolling down our beach picking up sea shells on the way, to renting a bike or motor scooter, parasailing, fishing - even bowling or going to a movie!
Of course, no one can visit without making numerous trips to he nearby Sands Outlet Mall, largest of its kind in the States or Destin Commons Mall with theatre. If you are into water parks, there is Big Kahuna! Don't forget The Village at Baytowne Warf in Sandestin, a must see with great restaurants, shops, live music and all types of activities for the kids.
But you will spend most of your time, if not in the water or laying on the beach, just sitting on one of our two balconies watching the waves - Paradise Found!

Wow Wow Wow!! Just perfect!!

We had an awesome time. EVERYTHING was perfect! Home was 1st class! not one complaint or suggestion could be mentioned. The home was very clean NOT worn like many rentals are. Kitchen was large and ALL cooking accessories were there and in order. They even provided games and new modern movies for the kids and adults alike. We have found our yearly vacation spot! Also owners were VERY nice and personal. Quality Beach umbrellas and quality chairs and beach toys were provided as well. Well worth the money spent and so easy walking out your back door and being a few steps away from the beach. I also enjoyed having coffee on one of the 2 balconies before everyone woke up. The balconies are great for a romantic dinner overlooking the ocean and beach as well. BOOK IT!!! Larry & Ali

Perfect!!!

We rented the beach house for a wedding weekend/wedding on the beach. We walked in the door pleasantly surprised because the pictures don't do this place justice! The Victors were wonderful to rent from and extremely easy to work with! I'm so glad we found "Paradise Found." What a wonderful trip!! Highly recommended we couldn't have found better.

SPRING BREAK AT PARADISE FOUND

Our first ever multi family trip to Florida and stay at "Paradise Found" couldn't have been better. The house is spectacular with plenty of room for everyone. The open living and dining allowed for family activities during the day or night with a spectacular view of the gulf from every inch of the area. The large open decks on both levels were open to family activities or set privately and feel the sounds and smells of the gulf. Lower deck entry way to the downstairs restroom kept the house free of beach sand. Plenty of beach seats, umprella's, strollers, etc. were used every day. We had everyone pack a very light travel bag and made use of the spacious laundry room. Shopping was a cinch for the ladies with Walmart and the outdoor mall just a short drive away. There was plenty of golf courses nearby with Windswept Dunes being my favorite of the three we played. I think the ladies may already be planning the next trip to Destin or Miramar Beach so I'm sure that Paradise Found will be their choice. We thank Larry for his hospitality and enjoyed a short visit with him. .

Another family and ours rented this beautiful house for Spring Break '13. The owners (Larry & Cathy) couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, and the décor far exceeded other rental homes we have viewed. He met us at the house the minute we arrived to orient us to the amenities, and made himself available 24x7 in case of any questions or issues. The beach setting is beautiful and just a few steps away. When we go back to Destin, we will not waste time searching the universe for rentals, we'll simply call Larry!

Lives up to it's name

Our family has just returned from a stay in what is very appropriately named "Paradise Found". The spectacular view of the Gulf, beautiful furnishings, well-equiped kitchen and comfortable beds were more than we could ask for. It was the most immaculately clean house/condo we've every stayed in. Larry and Kathy were most interested in making our stay a memorable one and they certainly succeeded. Everything was perfect and we hated to leave. We can't wait to return to this beautiful beach house!
