Description of the Miramar Beach vacation home rental

Private Pool! Walk to the Beach! Nicely upgraded home in the Gated Neighborhood of "Paradise Retreat" in the Destin, Miramar Beach area! This home is sure to impress! Walk to the private beach access only 300 yards away! Walk to several restaurants & bars along the beach too! Newly updated in December 2012! You'll find a soothing but beachy paint palate, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, open floor plan, lots of tile, and carpet in the bedrooms. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, & 2 Car Garage! Open and spacious plan with room for everyone at once! Cook or make your favorite drink in the kitchen while socializing with the whole group in the Dining area or Living Room! Watch the big screen TV from the kitchen too! Can also view the pool area! Don't miss the private pool with lots of room for sun bathing, playing, & swimming! All the furniture, upgrades, and appliances are new in December 2012! You'll notice the "WOW" factor as soon as you open the door! An impressive foyer opens to the open and spacious Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room! The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms to the left as you come into the living area. The other bedrooms are down the hall to the right. You'll find a big Master Bedroom suite with a King Bed, High Def LCD Flat Screen TV, and a private Bathroom with updated furnishings! The shower is a double shower! The other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. You'll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room for the kids! The bottom bunk is a full and the top, a twin. Both bedrooms have LCD Flat Screen TVs! Cone's Cove is nicely decorated and very comfortable for 7! The hall bath has an upgraded vanity, new toilet, and a tub/shower combination! Propane Grill in back yard next to the pool. You may need to exchange the tank while you are here. Nice pool furniture! We are also close to everything in Destin! The water park is maybe 3 to 4 miles to the West. Golf is everywhere! Shopping is very convenient too, only 2 miles to the Outlet Mall and 2 miles to the Destin Commons the other direction! Awesome home and great location! You'll make wonderful memories here! Heat the pool when necessary for an additional $30 per night!

Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports. Bungee jumping, go karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, water park, bowling, movie theaters! All you could want in a small area!

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Destin and Miramar Beach run together and extend about 12 miles from the Destin Bridge to the Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach.
