Description of the Miramar Beach vacation townhouse rental

Wake up walk right out your front door and head to the beach for a day of sunning, swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Come home to your beach retreat and barbeque on your private back porch. No large condo to walk through. Park right at your front door. Enter through hallway with full kitchen combo living area on the first floor. Kitchen is fully stocked with a full size washer and dryer. Dining area hosts large table with benches. Living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa, 42" Flat screen TV/DVD player. Patio right off living area and a half bath. Upstairs you have both of your bedrooms. Master hosts a kig size bed, 32 " Flat screen TV/DVD player, private full bath, and large deck. Second bedroom hosts two twin beds, full size sleeper sofa, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, private full bath and deck. Wireless Internet.

Take a short walk through the dunes to a secluded beach. Not many of these left anymore. Beach is located very close to the Jetties where all the snorkel boats go. Great place to dive, snorkel or fish. Plenty of nice linens, pillows, etc. Graco Pack n Play Available in unit.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

Unit is pet-friendly, One dog under 25 lbs is allowed with manager approval, $25.00 Pet Fee, Rules Apply.

PERFECTION

Me and my friends came down this past week and had an amazing time here! Although the weather was in the high 50's the beach was a short walk to us and very secluded for us to all lay out in privacy! The house came equipped with everything we could have possibly wanted! Beds were very comfortable besides the pull out couch in the second bedroom but doable! I loved how everything was laid out and how some balconies were covered and some were open for laying out if you didn't wanna walk to the beach! Overall definitely a wonderful place to go with family or friends for a relaxing week!

Absolute Perfection!

We stayed at 507 Gulf Dunes not 19 Gulf Breeze - unless that is one in the same - ??? BUT, the condo was fabulous! Very clean. Very organized. Well stocked. Perfect view of the beach. Great amenities. Everything you could possibly need was there. The condo was close to many fun beachy shops, restaurants, Kmart, and a grocery store. The beach was perfect. Perfect walk out into the ocean. No rocks. Soft, white sand. We even found a couple of great shells. We saw dolphins almost every day. We played volleyball with the kids at the nets on the beach. The beach attendants were very nice, helpful, and informative. We plan to retire in 15 years or so and will definitely conisder this area for our winters. It was simply absolute perfection! We loved everything about our stay. I just can't say enough. There is no doubt we will return again. : )

Spur of the moment trip... to best vacation ever.

We decided we needed a weekend getaway and got online and looked for a place to stay. We waited for approval to get time off from work, which we didn't get until the day before we needed to leave. We contacted Kim Lang and she immediately took care of us and got us set up in this condo for the next night, completely hassle free and well worth the price and then some. We arrived late and had no problem getting in. Since the price was so low, we really didn't have our hopes up on the quality of the condo. We were so completely wrong! This condo has so much charm and is very well stocked with everything you need. There was more than enough space. More than we could have hoped for in a crowded hotel should we have taken that route. Arriving late, we still wanted to see the beach. We took the VERY short walk (maybe 3 - 5 min walk, 5 if you walk really slow) down to the beach late that night. It was beautiful, peaceful and so clean for a public beach. Back in the condo, we were really impressed with how clean everything was for being surrounded by so much sand. We had a great night sleep, to wake up and spend the day at the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was graciously provided. Even beach towels. We have nothing but high regards for this place and already planning another trip back soon.
