Our Home has never been rented before this year. You might not even notice us as you drive by but when you get inside you will be immediately impressed by its beauty -- especially the view of the Gulf!

The townhome has three floors with a Gulf view from each deck/balcony on each floor. You will enjoy the gentle Gulf breeze while sitting on one our balconies -- whether you are enjoying coffee, a glass of wine, reading, grilling out, scanning the water for dolphins or watching our famous sunsets! Our home is so cozy and comfortable you won't want to leave! We hope you will make it your annual vacation destination!

The first floor offers the convenience of a 'separate' private area -- ideal for two couples or families! There is a wonderful queen bedroom with doors opening to the deck and stairs to the beach! You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the Gulf and the full bath! Also a double bedroom is located on the first floor and it too has doors opening to the deck for a wonderful view of the Gulf!

The large open living/dining area as well as a modern kitchen with breakfast bar for two is located on the second floor! Our dining table seats 6-8 comfortably! We offer a large TV, CD's, movies, books, games -- all for your entertainment! The living area opens to a large deck over looking the Gulf -- ideal for grilling, entertaining or just relaxing and doing nothing!

The master suite on the third floor has a queen bed with an adjoining large tile bath! You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset and the cool Gulf breezes from your bedroom! Also on the third floor is another bedroom with delightful twin beds and adjoining full bath!

We are conveniently located close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest designer outlet mall in the southeast) with Polo, Coach, Levis, and GAP. The Outlet is located only 1.5 miles away. Located two miles to the west is the new Destin Commons outdoor mall with Bonefish Grill, Bass Pro Shop, Hard Rock Cafe, Chico's, Belk, Forever 21, Books A Million and much more! There is a Par 3 golf and miniature golf located a mile away! Seascape Golf course is 1/2 mile (harder than it looks). We are conveniently located close to shopping, dinning, movie theatres yet our home enjoys a very private location.
We love our pets as much as you do, but for health reasons and the comfort of our other guests we do not allow pets. The primary renter must be 25 years or older unless special arrangements are authorized by owner's written consent. Our condo is a non-smoking residence.
