The centerpiece of this unique community is the tropical courtyard with a 2000 square foot lagoon-style pool, large hot tub, picturesque fountains, tanning deck and private baths. Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico via the community’s private beach access, it is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Miramar Beach with its inviting soft, sugar white sand and blue green water.

The home is elegantly appointed with fine furnishings, a custom gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Dacor gas cook top, Bosch dishwasher, microwave. The beautifully appointed bathrooms have tumbled marble showers and countertops.

St. Tropez is conveniently close to shopping, fine and casual dining and family attractions. Silver Sands Designer Factory Stores are just four blocks away. The new upscale Boulevard with shops and fine dining is half a mile east and the very popular Village at Baytowne Wharf in San Destin is just a mile away. Destin’s premier shopping and dining area and Destin Commons Mall are a 10 minute drive west.

18 hole golf courses are 5 to 15 minutes drive away. We just returned from a week at Tuscan Treasure. It was a fantastic week. We loved the house. The kitchen was a cook's dream and the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. We were extremely pleased with all the amenities. Each bedroom had its own private balcony complete with furniture and ceiling fans. We had three different families and still had plenty of privacy. Everything added to the enjoyment of the week right down to the cobblestone streets. Bob was great to work with and called to be sure everything met our expectations. Would definitely rent this home again.

My family and I just spent the last week in Tuscan Treasure. We absolutely LOVED the location. While it was not directly on the beach, it was a quick walk. The home is in a gorgeous and immaculate small neighborhood. In fact, while we were there (during the week) it seemed that we might be one of three families in the entire neighborhood (It was like a private retreat). Our family has been vacationing at the beach (not just Destin) for over 35 years. We have stayed in multiple homes across the country. This home met almost all our expectations and exceeded some. The beds were AWESOME! The kitchen was fully equipped. The decor was new and clean. With 7 adults and 5 kids, we never ran out of hot water! One thing that we were disappointed about was that the trundle bedroom was attached to the King bedroom on the third floor by french doors...So..if you want some privacy from kids in that room, plan to use one of the two king beds on the 2nd floor. Our stay here was awesome!
