The Tree House Chalet, new in 2001, is a turn-key property with a very nice view of beautiful Koontz Lake. The lake offers a convenient sand bar for swimming right off our pier. It is a nice vacation destination for residents of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
You can enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming; suitable for families or reunions, or meetings.
Plenty of Tables & Chairs, Tablecloths, Dishes, Silverware, Pots & Pans, and Cooking Utensils. There is fire pit at each property and a pier to dock your boat. A Roll-Away twin bed is available.

The Tree House lake-side Chalet offers central air and heat, a huge open porch with six-person hot tub, outdoor living and eating area including a large picnic table and gas grill. The covered porch makes this chalet able to accommodate inclement weather conditions (just in case!). Large yard in a quiet neighborhood for family activities and campfires. The Property contains additional cottages that sleep eight (Fisherman's Cove), eight (Garden Cottage) and eleven (Lily's Pad). All have Hot Tubs! Enjoy the lake with a peaceful early morning row in the row boat that comes with Chalet, or sit on the boardwalk and watch the fish jump. You can fish right from the boardwalk!

The Tree House Chalet Master suite is upstairs overlooking lake with a queen-size bed, and sitting area with cable TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two full-size and a twin. There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom with a shower as well. Downstairs offers a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, small gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher in the island. Two sliding doors face the lake and enter onto the covered porch.
