We have hosted many guests in the past -- accommodating family and group sizes from 6 to 10 people. Guests have found the rates, and the privacy of our home -- with its easy access to the airport, toll road and 4-mile distance to the campus -- ideal for housing families and friends. Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Money Order, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 12 p.m.
Required Stay: Fri. 3:00 pm - Sun noon
Lodging Tax: Included within rate
Deposits: $500 per night – 2-night minimum; $250 refundable security deposit. Rates include local, state, and federal taxes. Upon rental agreement a 50% deposit is required. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. Balance due upon arrival. Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to visit to receive a 75% refund on deposit. Note: Extended stay may be available upon request.
