Beatiful Beach Front Condo in Puerto Vallarta

Mismaloya Oasis is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, ocean-front condo located in La Jolla de Mismaloya Condominiums. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean and it has a magnificent view of the mountains, beach and ocean. We have seen humpback whales from our balcony, and schools of dolphins, huge sea-turtles, giant manta rays, and schools of flying fish right in the bay.
The condo has air-conditioning and ceiling fans, marble floors throughout, a Mexican king bed in the bedroom, a full, well equipped kitchen, 3 stools at the breakfast bar and a dining area that seats 6. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom, CD player and iPod dock. We have an iron and ironing board, there is a laundromats on site and Internet is available for a small fee. Maid service is included at no extra cost.

The condominiums offers a large terrace with garden area, a swimming pool and hot tub. There is a well equipped gym, a tennis court and on-site restaurant that will also deliver to the pool area or your condo. The condos have 24 hour security and a helpful front desk staff. They will call a taxi for you and the bus stops right out front.
There are several restaurants and small grocery stores in the small village of Mismaloya, just a short walk away.
The Mismaloya beach is down a few steps. It's great for swimming and snorkeling, you can rent jet skies, go para-sailing and you can rent a boat with a on person crew to take you out for fishing or snorkeling. Los Arcos, the famous Marine National Park is just outside the bay.

Mismaloya Oasis is 10 miles, 16 km. from the airport (PVR) and just 7 miles, 11.5 km south of down-town Puerto Vallarta.The town has an old world charm with it's white-washed houses, blooming bougainvillaea and narrow twisting road and it has something for everyone; Golf, nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Just north of town there is a water park and a place where you can swim with he dolphins and many good, reputable companies offer zip lines, whale-watching, deep-sea fishing trips and much more.
The Botanical Garden is 7 miles, 12 km. south of Mismaloya. It is a large area carved out in the jungle dedicated to the conservation and display of Mexican native plants, as well as a bird sanctuary.
In Mismaloya village, just a short walk away is a Zoo, currently there are over 100 species of birds, mammals and reptiles.
