Spacious Sunny Condo

Description of the Mission Beach vacation condo rental

Feels like Home - Light & Sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! This condo is 5 homes - approx 125 feet to the white sands of the Pacific Ocean. This feels like a separate home as there is only one unit below you & it is one of the few condos with an attached 1 1/2 size garage. There are 2 balconies which you can hear & see the surf. In the evening (summer) your family can enjoy the Sea World Fireworks from the family room. It is larger than most 2 bedrooms (approx 1600 sq feet) & is very light with lots of windows & skylights. Upstairs features 2 balconies - one with gas bbq. The living area has queen & twin sofa beds - TV,DVD,CD& surround sound system. We provide a computer/printer with high speed internet access. We provide at least 30 DVD movies to choose. There are TV/DVD players in family room & each bedroom. We also provide 4 bikes, 4 boogie boards, beach chairs & towels. Upon request we can provide children bikes, porta crib, high chair & stroller. There is a washer/dryer & supplies for your use.

The master bedroom has new Sealy pillow top mattress & double fouton for extra guests. The master bath has jacuzzi size tub, shower & 2 sinks. The guest room has a double bunk with twin on top & pull out twin. The 2nd bathroom has shower/tub combo.

The garage has direct access into the unit for safety & privacy. The garage will fit most all large vehicles (only one)

Mission Beach has it all - Famous Belmont Park is about 6 blocks from condo. Sea World is 5 minutes - you could even bike to Sea World. The zoo is about 10-15 minutes away as is Downtown with our famous gaslamp district. Legoland is 30 minutes North. Disneyland is approximately 1 1/2 hour drive to the North.

Some families stay right at Mission Beach - we have boardwalks along the beach side & bay side for roller blading, walking & biking. The sand of Mission Beach allows for children to play for hours or the brave to try surfing & boogie boarding. Restaurants are within walking distance or short bike rides

Loved staying here this past weekend. My 4 year old loved the bunk beds, crib for the baby was nice, and the beach cruisers were great fun! 4 blocks from Belmont park, and steps away from Mission Beach. Owner very nice and helpful. Will defintely look into staying here again!

Home away from home. This condo was clean and had everything you needed to have a great time. Nearby beach, walking/bike paths, shopping, and entertainment. Having the bikes on premise were great. Owner was quick to respond when needed.

With its convenient location near the beach and bicycle paths, easy access to highways, clean and airy with nice views, stocked with everything we needed (linens, kitchen supplies, even movies and internet access)... this was a wonderful home away from home. We would definitely go back.

This place was loaded.....boogie boards and bikes for 6 kids ages 11 - 15 yrs. The condo had everything we needed for our two week vacation. Convenient walk to beach and Belmont park....kids loved the easy access to everything. See you next year!
