We're right on the sand and boardwalk in desirable Sail Bay, with direct views to Sea World and sunsets to die for!

Elegant and relaxing, this newly remodeled condo boasts beautiful wood flooring downstairs and plush carpeting upstairs.

Two bedrooms with a comfy queen bed in each and full bath up the carpeted stairway; living room, dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath downstairs. Your own private patio just off the living room has an umbrella table & 4 chairs.

We also provide a Pack'N'Play and portable hi-chair at no additional cost.

NEW propane BBQ w/side burner, portable cooler, beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are just a few of the amenities offered. Each condo also has a cabana-type beach umbrella...a Godsend when you have little ones that need occassional shade.

One secured parking space per unit, cable connected TVs; hi-speed WI-FI Internet, free nationwide phone service, stack washer/dryer,
Bikes, surf equipment rentals and more nearby and at a 15% discount for our guests through HikeBikeKayak. 20% off on their fab tours, too.

Just a few steps away is Fanuel Park, a wonderful location where children can enjoy the play equipment and families can picnic. Of course, the bay provides warm, calm and gentle waters for year-round swimming.

Wonderful stay at Mission Beach

July 31, 2012

We enjoyed our stay at 711 San Fernando Place down on Mission Beach. We were able to do all that we wanted: relax, lay on the beach, shop and see the all San Diego attractions. Everything is located very close and within easy driving distances. The condo was nice and included lots of clean beach towels. We anticipate coming back again.
