Location is two to three blocks in from the beach or bayfront. The neighborhood is nice. Unit has a W/D, easy access to Mission beaches and has some boogie boards. Parking is two spaces in garage of unit. The decks are nice. The couch is old, and the fireplace is hazardous to light, toilet leaked water and some plumbing needed maintenance. The place is nice overall. Kitchen table is nice, kitchen is open and light. Good home design. Bunk beds were great. Nice gas BBQ too.

Great three-story home for a family that will be spending time enjoying water sports at Mission Bay and the beach. The house is well cared for and we enjoyed being able to walk out to the sand and enjoy all the activities. Thanks so much for the bikes annd the kayaks - my wife and three kids had a fantastic time!
