Description of the Mission Beach vacation condo rental

We call it "Ocean Breeze Oasis" because this ground level, large ocean front property is a welcoming retreat with a refreshing seaside breeze. You will experience an absolutely fabulous view looking out the large front windows and, from the patio, you can walk directly through the sandy beach to the waves.
The beautifully decorated spacious living and dining rooms provide a stylish and comfortable setting to make your vacation most enjoyable. The oak hardwood floors and the high wood-beam ceiling add to the rustic, historic charm of this 1500-square-foot unit. The master bedroom is quite roomy with lots of closet space. All the bedrooms have Italian linens with cozy comforters and pillows to allow you to sleep better than if you were in your own home.

Area Description
We, as owners and year-round residents, believe that South Mission Beach is the best beach section in San Diego. Ocean Breeze Oasis is centrally located for easy access to San Diego's most popular attractions including Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Downtown's Gas Lamp District, the Embarcadero, The Midway Aircraft Carrier, Little Italy, Old Town, La Jolla, & Coronado. Of course, since you are right on the ocean, you can bike, jog, rollerblade, or walk on the boardwalk which extends on the beach for several miles. Also, it is only a short walk to Bellmont Amusement Park with games & rides for the kids along with many restaurants & stores in the vicinity.

Lifeguard tower very close by so that parents can sit on the large shared patio and still feel safe with their kids in the water. Restaurants & two local bars are within a short walking distance. Many activities are onsite in South Mission Beach.
Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa
- Check In: 2 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
- Deposits: $500 security deposit to be sent with the signed rental agreement. It is for the purpose of reserving the unit and as a security(damage) and telephone deposit.

Our family spent the early part of summer and the latter part of summer for an entire week in this beautiful beach front home. It was very roomy had all the ammenities of home. Our children enjoyed themselves playing all day at the beach. We would all go to the beach attractions nearby which were walking distance or just sit outside and watch the sun set. So peaceful. 04/17/09 Positive We spent a week here March 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We brought our two daughters, under the age of two, and had fun walking out the front door and being on the beach and hearing the waves crash. Beautiful sunsets and a 1/4 mile walk to fun restaurants, coffee shops and Belmont Park (roller coaster, kids rides, etc) made it very nice. Also a 10 minute drive to Sea World, and the Zoo is a bit further - very convenient location - you could just as easy leave the rental car in the attached garage and not hear car noise your whole time here. The electricity went out on the whole block for a few hours one night (turns out the electric company screwed up doing some repair work) - and we easily found flashlights and candles in the condo - one example that the place has everything you need. Cook out on the grill, grab a beer and relax.

Walking out the front door to the beach and being within 5 minutes of all the restaurants, stores, and rides was absolutely ideal. You will not find a better place to stay on all of Mission beach. 10/16/08 Positive This is the second time I stayed at your condo, and I have to say it was perfect each time. Just the fact that all you need to bring is your clothing says alot. The place is beautifully appointed and comes with everthing you could imagine needing. You seem to have anticipated all our needs!! The location is wonderful, being right on the beach & shops etc., are all so close. The home was so comfortable & had so many items available to use, it was just like being at home but on the beach!!!! I would highly recommend this property.

05/13/08 Positive Just celebrated my wife's 30th b-day at Ocean Breeze Oasis - we had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as described and the house was well stocked with all those things you like to have around a home (pots/pans/utensils/books/movies/radio/beach gear/etc). Further, the property is located south of Belmont Park which is quiet yet still close to the Mission beach hot-spots.

We enjoyed the wonderful views. We would definitely return if we were going to San Diego. I recommend this property to everyone.

04/17/09 Positive We stayed at the Ocean Breeze Oasis in March 2009 (2 adults, 3 kids). It was a the perfect accommodation and location for us. After a morning/afternoon of activities (legoland, SeaWorld, Animal Park, etc), the kids loved playing at Belmont in the evenings before sitting down to a dinner that was grilled outside and we could enjoy while watching the sunset over the ocean. The house was well stocked with all the essentials to prep and cook meals and keep things tidy. The owners provided excellent communication and are very responsive. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great spring break 2009!
