This is the best value for a very large ocean view house in beautiful Mission Beach, San Diego, California. Beginning May 1, it will sleep 12-21 as a 5 BR, 3 BA.
You are only steps away from the ocean (4th house from the beach!). There are 3 outside decks: The sea level deck has a large gazebo and gas grill. There is also a deck with a Jacuzzi and an ocean view deck on the roof. You will have 2 parking spaces in the garage, which also has room for storage. The house is equipped with all that you could possibly need for a vacation home with all linens and towels provided. The house is fully furnished with a large LCD HDTV, Cable and Wireless Internet, and an Xbox 360 with plenty of games and DVD movies. The kitchen is very large and includes all the cooking utensils and appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well. All of the rooms are tiled and the house has been newly painted inside and out with new molding installed. In the 5 bedrooms there are 2 queens, 6 fulls, 3 twin (1 bunk bed), 1 full sofa sleeper and 1 couch for a total of 12 to 21 (+1 Couch) places to sleep.
