LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
Located just 5 minutes south of the city limits of Moab, Utah. This condo is conveniently located near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Directions: (Coming from the North off I-70) Go south through the town of Moab 5.5 miles, and turn left just pass the Moab KOA campground, and just before the Grand County Arena. (This is about 5 minutes passed downtown Moab.) Turn left into Southgate Village and look for 3378 located on a corner lot.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, and a garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers two twin sleeper / sofas with a very cozy keva style gas fire place. Watching a DVD/ movie can be a lot of fun on the 36" LCD flat panel television. Stay connected with FREE broadband internet service, and FREE Wi-Fi. Also FREE land line long distance in the continental United States.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush / pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. With this distinctively appointed bedroom you can sense you are in a luxurious condo. This bedroom also features a 26" LCD flat panel TV w/DVD player. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the LaSal Mountains, and Canyon Mountains from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through master bedroom and experience Moab's famous 360 degree scenic views.

The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), and 4 additional shower sprays. A great way to relax after your Moab adventure.

BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
This balcony is one of the largest in the area with over 300 sq/ft and a perfect place to enjoy Moab’s Scenic Views. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside.

The owners provided us with bike/trail maps which we appreciated. Great location, minutes from town. Quiet sub at night. Look forward to the pool opening soon for our next stay.

Al Sanchez , Denver, CO A nice place to stay. A few miles out of town but the unit is brand new and furnished with new furniture. Rossanna and Shon were very helpful in renting the unit. I would stay here again for sure.
