The River House is located on Fowl River which empties into Mobile Bay. Great for fishing, boating, water sports, bird watching, or just relaxing. Pet friendly with prior approval. Fenced back yard. Master bedroom with separate dressing room. Master bathroom with extra large shower. Bathhouse with lifts for one boat and one personal water craft. Has recreation room above with exercise equipment, refrigerator, and microwave. Deck over water connected to boat house. Temperate weather most of time.
