Description of the Moclips vacation home rental

Seashore Dreams consists of two complete three bedroom, 2 bath homes (separate kitchens, living room, dining room and bathrooms) connected together by a common wall. The homes may be rented individually or in combination for up to 14 adults. Each unit sleeps maximum 8 people (adults & children total). The twin homes are brand new custom built in 2007 and situated 60 feet high on the bluff overlooking Sunset Beach in beautiful historic Moclips. The home was built in Universal Design, built green and architecturally designed to have Ocean views from every room.

The duplex home is privately owned and located just 2 miles North of Pacific Beach, WA - was once considered the Health destination by Seattlelites in 1905.

The beach access is a 5 minute walk down Sunset Street to the course gray windswept sand. Three to Four times a year, the State will allow clam digging by permit.

Each has a fully equipped kitchen, media center with large LCD screen TV and surround sound, wireless internet access, granite countertops, Jacuzzi tub, tile baths and a unique custom spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom/loft.

The South unit is reserved for people who don't have pets and caters to the 55+ couples and the North unit is set up to be Pet Friendly - allowing one large calm dog or up to two dogs under 15 pounds. Rent one or both sides and have a retreat, ladies get together or a friends "special" weekend at the beach.

Moclips is the last town at the end of State Route 109, just 20 minutes North of Ocean Shores. It's population is small and is dotted with vacation homes and original older structures from the past. There are a few eclectic restaurants, one corner grocery but for the most part people go their for nature, the clams or peace and quiet. Only 20 minutes from Ocean Shores where there is golf, movie theatre and tourist shops, Moclips has chosen to remain different. The Moclips Museaum is located on SR 109 across from this property and the colorful history of this area can be learned. In the early 1900's this was the destination place for thousands of people and the mode of transportation was by train. The ending point being in Moclips.

The word Moclips means peaceful waters but from November thru February you can see some of the most powerful coastal storms of the Coast. Each season provides some interesting events and weather. Moclips is a good central location to stay and visit the Olympic Peninsula, the rain forrest, Kalaloch Lodge, Quinalt, Ocean Shores...lots to visit and see within 20-45 minutes away.

Owner has the right to charge $250 refundable damage deposit for each unit on parties of more than 4 people or with doggie guests
   
• Other Fees: $85.00 one time cleaning fee All rates for one unit listed are based on double occupancy. There is a $15 add'l charge for each additional person per night. The price for 2 units is discounted and includes 8 guests. If staying in Unit II with a dog, pet rent is $25 per day for 1 dog over 15 pounds. $5 a day for dogs under 15lb. 15% Senior Discount (all members in party must be 50 or older)

Fantastic Vacation Get Away! It was relaxing, peaceful and cozy. Words can not express the beautiful duplex. Oh the view was SPECTACULAR.
