Description of the Moclips vacation home rental

Brand new beachfront home on Moonstone beach in Moclips with private hot tub. Completed January this four bedroom property sleeps 11 in beds. This is the only beach with no cars from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

**Off peak special - any three nights for $799 until May 20 excluding holidays. Plus cleaning fee of $125 and tax - max 8 people.**

$425 per night July 1-Sep 5 up to eight people. $20 per person per night above 8 people.
$495 per night Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and New Year
$349 per night rest of year

Superb panoramic views to the north and south facing the ocean. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a "loo with a view". Two bedrooms downstairs. One with a queen bed and one with twins and bunks that sleeps four.

Great rooms features full kitchen with slab granite. Dining oak table seats ten, bar stools for four. Sofas seat 9.

Just walk down your steps and onto the dunes and beach. You can't get closer. This part of the beach is a no-drive zone during summer - safer for your kids to play on.

Of the 11 or 12 rentals we have had at the ocean, this was without a doubt, the best place. Best equipped, best sleeping, best beds, best space, best and spacious kitchen, and absolutely family friendly. A beautiful home, close to beach, excellent view of ocean. We would most definitely return to this lovely beach house. Well equipped for a rainy day or sunny. The huge living area with two sectional couches was seating for everyone who wanted to watch TV on the big screen, or just chat, or play games. The gas fireplace gave off a cozy warmth (if needed). The owner put a lot of thought and expense into this home for his renters. Kudos to him. Thank you. Janice Gillikin
