This home is 1482 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Large garage with patios in the front and back of the home. This home is in the Cimarron Lakes development. There is a small lake within walking distance from the home where you can fish, have a picnic or just walk and enjoy the beautyfull mountain views. An awesome get a way.
We just upgraded to a flat screen 42 inch TV and new front loading washer and dryer.

There is plenty of golf including the El Rio Ranch Golf course and many others. 5 miles north of Needles Ca, your winter home is the perfect place to hang out. The Colorado River is just 1.5 miles away. There is boating and fishing just waiting for you.

This is very close to Otaman AZ, Kingman AZ, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon, and only 15 minutes to Laughlin Casinos. The Colorado River is only a short drive with boat launches within 10 minute drive. Lake Mohave (Kathrine Landing) is only 20 miles to the north and Lake Havasu you can reach the boat launch in 10 minutes to the South. Plenty of Restaurants nearby as well as many golf courses
