With 3 bedrooms and private sitting area with SS on 1st floor and master, 5th bedroom and den on 2nd floor, this home offers plenty of space for any family. Sundecks and boardwalk to beach. Bayou is running directly in front of home at this time but could re-direct at any time. Seawall barrier stops Bayou from coming under house but you can still fish, crab and shrimp in the Bayou for your dinner. 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin, 2 QSS.

Moneybayou is located on the beach, about 10 miles away from Port St. Joe, and 20 miles away from Appalachicola, Florida, in Northwest, Florida. Nearby, you will find St. Vincent's island, a wildlife reserve, and other tourist attractions. St. Joe Bay country Club offers tennis, Golf, swimming, and other amenities.
