This traditional log cabin is set in an acre of beautiful maple wooded forest on the edge of the national park and just 10 minutes from the foot of Mount Tremblant's North slope.

The cabin is built on a hill overlooking the stunning Lac Superieur popularly acclaimed as one of the most beautiful lakes in the area.

Spread over 3 floors the watch words are luxury and convenience - everything is provided. Towels and linen are fresh for our guest there is a fabulous private hot tub just outside and screened by the woods. Around the house and facing south there is a huge high deck looking out over the mountains and woods it is ideal for barbecues sunbathing or just watching the birds on our elevated bird feeders and the occasional deer in the woods below.

Because of the remarkable properties of the huge logs which go into constructing the home it is warm and cosy in the winter, especially with a roaring log fire, whilst it is cool and airy in the summer.

Guest will find this home comfortable and enjoyable whatever the time of year.

Area Description

Mount Tremblant is the biggest ski resort in Eastern Canada, The ski village has been expertly designed to reflect Quebcoise style and charm whilst the mountain's ski trails have been crafted with skill and care to preserve the beautiful environment. There are 94 pistes ranging from easy to extremely difficult, all served by an award-winning lift system making queues rare. There are great nursery slopes, lots of excellent tree-lined intermediate runs, the longest being 6km and plenty of trails for the more adventurous and experienced. Snowboarders are spoilt, with a natural halfpipe and a specialist creatively built snow park whilst cross country skiers have endless scope.

Families and small children are especially well catered for with toddlers and children ski schools totally bilingual instructors and nursery slopes right in the village.

Ski-ing is possible from November to April with an abundance of natural snow coupled with over 800 powerful dry snow making guns.

For those who want more than ski-ing, there are plenty of other activities like dog sleigh rides or horse riding, ice skating is popular but bring your own skate, ice climbing and skidou trails or snow shoe walking. Then for those who dont want to ski there is always a glass of wine and the log fire.

Tremblant and the surrounding area is a very attractive and safe place for kids - in the winter ski-ing with the many ski schools and gentle runs and in the summer the lakes, especially Lac Superieur with its safe shallows. For the older and more adventurous there is mountain biking, wilderness trails canoeing and treking, whitewater rafting and much more.

The area has 8 outstanding "chamionship" golf courses all within 20 minutes of the cabin and all with stunning views and beautiful empty fairways.

Within minutes of the cabin is the well known restaurant Caribou. regarded by nabyt as the best in the area for its outstanding lakeside location and star rated chef.

The area is famous for its Camp Car racing circuit and the gran prix in the summer every year and the Tremblant film festival both of which attract visitors from all over the world.
