Description of the Montague vacation apartment rental

Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the Orwell Bay and Vernon River, the Irish Cobbler Vacation Home is nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern P.E.I. This small horticultural farm operates a small self-serve vegetable stand at the farmgate which features potatoes, yellow beans, wild blueberries, raspberries, etc. as they come in season. We also have two standardbred mares and hopefully some baby foals in the spring.
Open year round, accommodations (measuring 1380 square feet) are all on ground level and include fully-equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths, three bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double), sunken living room, laundry room and patio. Also oil furnace and wood stove. Yours to Enjoy!

Close by are secluded beaches, excellent golf courses, art and craft shops, harness racing, provincial parks, nature trails, seal-watching tours, trout fishing, shopping and more.
Walking distance to Orwell Corner Historic Village (weekly ceilidhs and downeast musical entertainment, children's art and craft day program). Also walking distance to Sir Andrew MacPhail Homestead and Restaurant and MacPhail Woods Ecological Forestry Project.
