Description of the Montanita vacation home rental

Come enjoy our large vacation home in Jardines de Olon, a small gated community in the quiet town of Olon, Ecuador along the Ruta del Sol. We’re on the most beautiful beach in Ecuador, a few miles north of Montanita, the surfing capital of Ecuador. Our home is in excellent condition with 4 BR / 3.5 BA, furnishings for 8+ people and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Relax mornings or evenings to your heart’s content on the grand balcony with views of the ocean and lush manicured gardens. Walk for miles on the pristine beach or simply lay back and watch the waves come in. Dine on fresh fish, shrimp or lobster just a few minutes walk form home. The gated community is approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours form Guayaquil by car or bus.

fantastic find, fantastic people, premier class!

i recently married my ecuadorian wife on the long and beautiful beach of olon, ecuador. in the midst of planning all the large and small details for the wedding, i of course had to include finding accomadation for my canadian family who was coming to visit for the big day. i immediatly google searched olon rentals and of course found Todd and Lee, 2 american locals who manage many rental homes in the olon area. Todd was able to connect me with one of their rentals in their private community, where mainly foriegners own the homes, and the security is top-notch. the communication with todd was proffesional and effortless, the transaction of keys was quick, the first entrance to the house with my 7 canadian family members (who have standard north american level of standards) was amazing, and the 12 day stay could not have been matched by any other local accomadations. with my experience in the montanita area, i can personally say that this community offers the best of quality in this coast line, and possably in the total of ecuador. after our stay, my family and i were nothing shy of exstatic with the stay and hospitality by the nieghbours and locals in olon. i would recomend this house and the others within their association without hesitation. thanks to todd, lee, the locals, and everyone else who helped make this holiday the one that we had imagined...!!!!!
