It is Located 2 blocks from the beach and with large glass windows you can enjoy the ocean view from the Master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Home was build 4 years ago, island kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, and the location is in Hither Hills, Montauk which includes a key to your own private beach with no crowds, ocean and beaches are very clean. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the most beautiful birds on Long Island and deer are sure to visit but are easily scared away. Hither Hills state park camping is 3 miles down old Montauk hwy with playgrounds and other activity. The town is just 2 minutes away where you can find the best pancake house along with multiple choices of fine dining, shopping and family activity like miniature golf, boating, wave runners. East Hampton is 10 miles where you can enjoy shopping, dining, movies, dancing, clubs, horse back riding.

Because the house is octagon shape and located on the corner of a slight hill it gives you a great view of the ocean. Home is a single family so their is privacy. You can walk or bicycle ride to town where summer activity is at it's peak. The Hampton’s is only a 10 minute ride and the Montauk railroad is minutes from the house where you can enjoy the clean private beach during the day and go into Manhattan at night. It's not far from Gurney's Inn which is 6 blocks away, they provide different activity each night from singles night to all night parties. Family activity is popular in Montauk, you can enjoy Putt Putt with is in the beginning of town, they have everything from golf to row boats, wind surfing, Fishing is a way of life in Montauk. 27 miles west on Montauk Hwy you will find parasailing, adventure park and water parks. Montauk is located at the very end of the Island but within minutes you can do so much.
