Where else can you play on the ocean in temperate climate, low crowds, excellent staff for a "reasonable" green fee. Not the best track I have ever played but I will be back! Ty Walker of Baby Beanie fame own the place and should step up the ... tripadvisor member "

6 of us spent a weekend at the house for my daughter's graduation. It's a very comfortable home with a large great room for it's size with plenty of seating, so when my daughter and a couple of friends dropped in to eat Friday night, it was easy for everyone to relax and talk. Also, the dining table has chairs for 6, and it was easy to pull up a couple more for everyone to eat. We have rented several houses while visiting my daughter that had a lot less usable community space, though on surface were larger/fancier. Beds are comfortable, lots of books and games on the shelves, interesting garden in a quiet neighborhood. All on one level, so very easy for the grandparents we had with us to buzz around the house. Property manager prompt responding to inquiries and makes rental process very smooth. Highly recommend this vacation rental. Cathy

The house was nicely furnished and had beautiful gardens complete with a nice patio and table to sit out and enjoy the flowering hillside. There is also a great large gas grill. House was comfy and we had a very nice time. Location was close to downtown Montecito, easy access to highway to get to Santa Barbara, and not far from the beach.

It was a 5-10 minute drive to the beach, depending on traffic on the city streets, and no air conditioning. (not a big deal because it's cool usually in Santa Barbara)...but we had a very nice time and the house itself was great!

" We absolutely loved this home in Montecito. The location is totally serene yet it is minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, a comfortable scenic drive to wine country, and only about an hour and a half drive from lax. It was the perfect place with more than enough room for two couples to fully relax. The beds, showers and the general setting were all remarkable. The owner is gracious and efficient. The back yard area is the perfect antidote to a New England winter. We would definitely recommend this home and will certainly be coming again ourselves. Very clean and comfortable home in quiet neighbourhood. " "Pleasant outdoor area, lovely large beds, great showers. We especially enjoyed the 'hotel' touches - eg. bath robes, toiletries. Convenient to attractions in Santa Barbara - five minutes drive to waterfront. Helpful, friendly owner. Would definitely stay here again." Perfect setting for our girls weekend for my 3 sisters, mom and I! It was a lovely, older home in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area of Montecito. The yard was so serene and secluded and perfect in the morning enjoying coffee, in the afternoon for reading, snacking & napping or in the evening for appetizers and wine. We spent most of our time outside! The beds were all super comfy and the bathrooms are good size w/nice hot showers! The living room was equally relaxing & we enjoyed the fireplace one cool evening. The location was close enough to the beach, antique and mall shopping to please all of us. My email contacting w/the owner was always prompt and informative and such a pleasure to deal with. This was our 1st trip to Montecito and we can hardly wait to return. So much better than staying at a hotel which was our original plan. Not to mention less expensive. My only critique would be that even though you can walk to the town of Montecito (which we did do), there are no sidewalks and the locals drive a bit fast! But we did enjoy just walking around the immediate neighborhood 1 morning and amazed over all the spectacular flora and fauna. Thanks again for everything Lee!

"Attending a graduate-level mental health conference/symposium is always stressful, particularly if it is for university credit. Returning to this lovely home on Aleeda Lane in the evenings was the perfect stress-reliever. Everything was superb and in immaculate order. The contact person was extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to return to this retreat again next year."

"I stayed at this property with my daughter, son, daughter in law, and two grandchildren. The setting is beautiful and quiet, but close to many activities, especially the zoo. The property manager knew the area well and had good suggestions on things to do. The children loved the house and the yard, which was fully fenced, and had a flat lawn as well as a sloped landscaped area with paths where they could have adventures. My granddaughter suggested we return every year. We were a little worried at first because the decor was all white and light colors, but we had no trouble keeping it clean. Our deposit was returned promptly and in full after our stay." Rating Review 5/5 Elaine of Northern California. Original guest's review available for viewing upon request.
We completely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if the occasion ever arises. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks again for renting it to us!
