You will love the fully equipped brand new Kitchen and Baths. This condo is fully furnished. The unit is stocked with 10 sets of towels, 3 sets of sheets,trash bags,toilet paper, soap, paper towels, all you need is to bring your tooth brush. Also there is 24 hour gated security and 3 miles of sandy beaches on the shores of Monterey Bay.Bring a bag the assortment of Sea Shells is unbeleivable and many highly sought after Sand Dollars to be found. House was very nice and very close to the beach. It was well supplied, clean and spacious. The only suggestion I have is to have some supplies available to clean the patio furniture. Birds were nesting above and made a mess of it. It took a while to clean it up before we could sit down and enjoy the wonderfull location. We had 6 adults and two children with us and we all enjoyed our summer vacation at the beach.

This was a great place to stay - very comfortable, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to make it our "home" for the week. The location away from town and crowds was a blessing for quietness and relaxation. Easy access to the beach and the local tourist hot spots of Carmel, Monterey and Sta Cruz. Loved the firepits for roasting marshmallows with the grandkids. Go to Phils Fish Market in Moss Landing for delicious clam chowder. The weather was spectacular - sunny all 7 days and temps in the high 60's to low 70's. Bring a book, beverage and beach towel and call it Good! We would love to come back again for another family vacation!!
