• Deposits: First two nights stay will be required with signed contract to hold rental property for the dates requested in the application. This deposit will become non-refundable 12 days prior to first night of stay. Balance of rent is due in full no later than 6p.m. on day of arrival.
   
• Other Fees: A credit card is required with each reservation, and will be debited accordingly dependent on damages and/or losses incurred to the rental, as well as any expenses incurred to honor bar. Management will provide an itemized list of any damages within 45 days following termination of lease.

We had fun at the historic Quock Mui cottage, which has a very new and attractive interior. Associated with a tearoom and entertainment/recording studio below, it was still very quiet. Some equipment needs to be added, like a toaster and coffeemaker, better reading lights in the bedroom, etc. However, the owner was accommodating, brought in a chest of drawers and bench for storage that we requested. We loved being right on the walking trail between Monterey and Pacific Grove, a block from the Aquarium.
