Description of the Monterey Bay vacation home rental

This is a Fantastic house ''''''. The main living area is on the grond level and is equipped to handle small groups and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a B&B than a vacation rental.

Fully furnished kitchen with pot and pans and toasters and microwaves, blenders and mixers and cork screws and ....
All the linens and towels that 12 people can use in a week and then an extra set if you need them.
Big screen Tv's and vcrs/DVD players, Stereo and board games AND a pool table in the den.
Washer and dryer.
A gas grill for BBQ's and a gas fireplace and more!

SUN, SAND and BEACHES
Golf tennis and hiking
Charters and fishing/sailing/boating
Monterey and Santa Cruz with boardwalks piers and wharfs and all they have to offer

The Layout is as follows:
Downstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and a hide-a-bed, bathroom . The main entrance is here also , and the washer/dryer.

Upstairs: Master bedroom with King bed and a private bath with jacuzzie tub and separate shower and a private dressing area. A second bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with queen bed, a hallway bath with shower. There is a big sliding glass door to the hugh backyard.

We can offer you our house for $4000 per month, taxes and fees included, plus cleaning of $125 during offseason (non-summer) periods. The regular High-season rate is $7000 per month. One month is the shortest time period we can offer for rent.

A Great Family Gathering Spot, May 20, 2009

This huge house was a wonderful gathering spot to celebrate our son's graduation from CSUMB. Four bedrooms easily accommodated our extended family, and the large kitchen made it easy to host the whole family. Very nice location near beaches, shopping, etc. Large screen TV, gas BBQ and a pool table were nice to have also. The house interior was tastefully decorated and the floor plan worked well.
