This is a Fantastic house ''''''. The main living area is on the grond level and is equipped to handle large groups for dinner and entertaining. It is ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a B&B than a vacation rental.
There is a nice view of the the Ocean from upstairs.
Fully furnished kitchen with pot and pans and toasters and microwaves, blenders and mixers and cork screws and ....
All the linens and towels that 12 people can use in a week and then an extra set if you need them.
Big screen Tv's and vcrs/DVD players, Stereo and board games AND a pool table in the den.
Washer and dryer and beach toys.
A gas grill for BBQ's and a gas fireplace and more!

The Layout is as follows:
Downstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and a hide-a-bed, bathroom . The main entrance is here also , and the washer/dryer.

Upstairs: Master bedroom with King bed and a private bath with jacuzzie tub and separate shower and a private dressing area. A second bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with queen bed, a hallway bath with shower. There is a big sliding glass door to the hugh backyard.


We can offer you our house for $495 per night, taxes and fees included, plus cleaning of $125 during offseason (non-summer) periods. The regular High-season rate is $520 per night. holidays periods are 10% higher.
