Gourmet kitchen. House is 2100 square feet, plus double garage, PLUS 1100 sf of redwood decking, propane barbeque, small bubbling fountain, flowers, landscaped yards. Watch birds soar, sunrises, sunsets, see Santa Cruz and Bay and Ocean and open land to east through binoculars.

Two gas fireplaces, one is in master suite along with library of books, dressing room, huge bath with jetted tub, two sinks. All baths have Italian tile and are new.

Hardwood floors except in master bedroom suire, which
is carpeted.

Music alcove in living room with piano and keybooard.

We provide breakfast treats, fresh juice, coffee, tea, condiments, all linens. You just bring your clothes!
