Panoramic Views of the bay will welcome you in this quiet neighborhood set in a sunbelt only 3 miles from the Aquarium and downtown Monterey. Wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bath (with newly remodeled luxurious bath with cast iron jacuzzi tub) Townhouse with Balconies overlooking the Bay. Fabulous sunsets. The large private garden is set on 1/4 acre lot. An oak tree with a swing, plenty of patio tables, secluded area with privacy for hot tub, grill while viewing the bay after a day at the nearby beaches. Relax on the two person patio swing while chatting with your family and friends in the bay view garden. Lounge next to the two tiered water fountain with your book and a glass of your favorite beverage. This townhouse is in a sunbelt and includes a 400 sq ft indoor/outdoor sunroom with additional dining and entertaining area. Perfect for the kids or to send the others out to chat while the rest of you cook up a storm in the kitchen with a view of the bay, bay view breakfast bar and nook.

It is easy to find and only one and one half miles from a great beach! This place is light, bright and cheery. White carpeting and newer furniture/appliances. Each room can sleep two to four people. The fifth bedroom is a den with futon. Spacious 2,400 sq ft. Come one, come all!

The Monterey Bay area is filled with plenty to do. Everything from surfing, swimming, kayaking to whale watching and antiquing.

The Outlet stores at Cannery Row are only four miles away and the boardwalk for biking and hiking along the water is 1 and 1/2 miles.

Spend a day golfing, perusing art in downtown Carmel (only 10 min away) or take a day trip to Pt. Lobos and/or Big Sur.

The closest beach is just a little over a mile away.
The Monterey Aquarium and downtown Monterey is only 3 miles away.
