This home is a fantastic 2600 square foot two-story four bedroom two bathroom home. Directly across the street from Monterey Beach with completely UN-obstructed views of the Monterey Peninsula, Monterey Bay, Del Monte Beach, and on clear days all the way to Santa Cruz and Moss Landing.

The upstairs boasts a large family room area overlooking the beach, for your comfort and entertainment you will find a large cozy sectional couch and big screen television with a DVD player. The owner is a local artist who personalized the house with various textures, murals,and original prints of her watercolors.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go with all the amenities of home: The back yard has a Jacuzzi tub; to heat up after swimming in the ocean, surfing, vody surfing or just needing to relax.... The Backyard is completely fenced int to keep your privacy.

The Front yard has a bistro table looking out to the beach with a Chimina fire pit, and Barbecue. Wood fires on the beach at night are OK too........

Golf, surfing, beach access, Bike path, Biking, fishing, Hiking, Monterey Sports Center which is open to the public has first class excellent work out facilities for those wanting to keep in shape while visiting Monterey. The center is close by with Children activities, tennis, Olympic swimming pool, Weights, Basketball, aerobics, Car-do-bikes, and a separate water slid & pool for the kids. No membership is required. A minimal fee at the door is all that you need to pay. Monterey Bay Aquarium is 10 minutes away by car or 20 minutes away if you take the Monterey bike pass directly to the Aquarium.
