this is a country house that has all the facilities. The house is placed at Las Delicias Community, just at 5 min. from Montezuma Beach, And 20 minutes from Santa Teresa and Mal país beaches,a great location for surfers,and nature lovers.
The house has air conditioned, TV, swimming pool, BBQ, Hammocks, completely furnished Kitchen, terrace, big living room, studio, great privacy, and it's completely surrounded by trees, that provides a great freshness to the whole house, most of all this is a country house. the house has capacity for six persons sleeping on beds, but much more people can be arranged on the large couches of the liiving room, or they can even sleep on the hammocks!. Definitely this house is great for your vacations.

the house is surrounded by a 6300 squared-meters area, full of fruit trees, such as orange, grapefruit, lime, nance, guayaba, and other species, and also it has a wide space for being used as a parking lot, the property is placed next to a small creek, and a lake, that provides a beautiful view.
clos e to the house you can practice other activities, such as nature/bird watching, canopy, and walking trough natural trails that leads you to the Montezuma waterfalls. there are a lot of wild animals on the area, for example, monkeys, deers, anteating bears, and others.
