Description of the Montgomery vacation condo rental
Staycation on the lake in luxury with this condo. Fabulous lake, marina and waterfront views from the balcony. The condo has a loft area master bedroom, a downstairs bedroom with twin beds, and a dormer area for overflow guests. The sofa also sleeps 2.
Dine in style at the yacht club and launch your boat from the marina, all within walking distance. Guests have access to April Sound Country Club for waterfront golfing.
Slate floors and fabulous granite countertops throughout.
All bedding provided; laundry facility within condo.
$165 weekday (2 night minimum)
$375 weekend (2 night stay Friday-Sunday)
$700 weekly (Monday-Friday)
$75 cleaning fee and $250 refundable security deposit
all stays must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to reservation.
